Many star races are currently involved with the Earth. Many are benevolent and enlightened. Some are malevolent and wish to gain control over the earth. Currently none of the alien races are in control of the earth. The earth is governed by humans. Some of the aliens are in contact with the humans in charge, and some negative aliens manipulate some people in power. But this control is not complete, and when discovered, it is tamed.
The humans are in a privileged position as a race, making an evolutionary leap. Benevolent powers of aliens from all levels of creation ensure that free will of humanity is respected.
