What is this Veil?
It hides from the human being the divine part of his essence during waking, and at the end of sleep makes him forget about his reunion with his divine part.
Where did it come from, this Veil?
It was created artificially. It was created by our own souls in cooperation with other civilizations and forms of intelligence. I have already said that our souls are an ancient form of life in the higher spheres. The soul is more original, more primordial, than the human being. The civilization of our souls existed even before the formation of our planet. When the conditions of life on our planet became such as to permit the existence of human beings, the civilization of our souls took part in advancing evolution on Earth toward the human being.
As you may know, Earth was not the first planet on which the human being appeared. Far from the first. Many worlds in our universe are populated by humans, or more precisely, by humanoids. Some of these humans also dwell in the third density. And they, like us, are separated from the higher spheres by a Veil, and they, like us, are populated, or one might say, ensouled, by their own civilizations of souls.
Speaking of the many worlds populated by humans, it is important to note that each planet is unique in its higher, spiritual vibrations, and therefore, for each planet the design of its life forms is created anew. The living beings of each planet live in symbiosis together with their living planet. Therefore each civilization of souls that has chosen a planet for settlement actively cooperates with evolution, directing it toward the creation of an intelligent form of life. That is, a form of life most favorable for ensoulment, in our case, the human being.
Thus, the human being was created on Earth by way of directed evolution. That is, the civilization of our souls nudged and guided the course of evolution toward the appearance and development of the human being. The human being was created on Earth in many stages, in different places and at different times. This is how many human races came to be.
The use of the Veil is a natural, typical technique in the settlement of planets by intelligent forms of life. The civilizations of souls first settle planets with the simplest organisms, then guide evolution toward the creation of plants and animals, and then of ensouled intelligent beings, but with limited access to the higher spheres. For this purpose the Veil is used.
When intelligent beings of limited consciousness populate a planet, and when their genome reaches a sufficient level of perfection, the curtain is lifted. Then the planetary civilization passes from the third into the fourth density. We are now in the process of just such a transition. In its broad outlines this transition, this transformation, is fairly standard across different civilizations, but our own civilization has a number of distinctive features; we have our own, earthly specificity.
