Let us note that the inhabitants of the 4th, 5th, and 6th densities, although they can work miracles by our standards, are not omnipotent. First of all, they are bound by the rules of the game: they are enjoined to respect our freedom of choice. That is, if we choose to live in fear and not to believe in them, they have no right to interfere and to violate the veil. The veil is maintained from two sides. At the present stage, the holding of the veil is both a constraint from above and a collective choice of humanity. If humanity collectively decides to lift it, its wish will be granted, since we are at the stage of transition to the 4th level. December 2012 symbolizes the inflection point, the point of balance - after it, the veil will be held only by our own forces, only by our collective choice. After this date, the inhabitants of the higher levels are permitted to show themselves openly, in plain view, on the sole condition that they do not violate our free will. At the present time, in the summer of 2012, it is hard to say what this lifting of the veil will lead to, and how quickly it will take place. Most likely it will happen slowly, since it is very important to the representatives of the higher realms that we make this transition into the 4th density with minimal losses. And again, our collective freedom of choice is taken into account. If we wish to have difficulties, they have no right to refuse us. Thus the beings and angels of the higher realms have the ability to influence the course of events in our world, but they are limited by the necessity of respecting our individual and collective choice.
The second important limitation is, so to speak, energy-budget constraints, or the principle of energy economy. Naturally, in the higher realms they use not money but energy of various kinds. Energy of various kinds is converted from one form into another exactly as different currencies are. Our physical energy of the lowest level is measured in joules. We do not know how to register the energy of the higher densities, and we do not even have names for its various kinds and units of measurement. However, it follows from the messages from above that fourth-density people and fifth-density spirits have certain limitations in their energy budgets. It is easy for beings of each level to operate with the energies of their own level and difficult to operate with the energies of other levels. So, for example, it is difficult for beings of the 4th and 5th densities to be physically present in our world, and they are forced to leave it when their supply of energy runs out. In many of the projects carried out by inhabitants of the higher densities on Earth, it is noticeable that they are very economical in expending their own resources. As a rule, they prefer to work through human intermediaries and to influence events by, figuratively speaking, working with the hands of people of our density. Their main methods of influencing us are to put ideas into our heads, to evoke inspiration in us, and to manipulate events in our lives. These actions, miraculous from our point of view, come easily to them, since thoughts, inspiration, and luck are their natural habitat, the material they find it easy to work with. More material miracles come to them much more with difficulty. Materialization comes hard to the higher beings and powers and costs great expenditures of energy.
Third, up above there operates a well-established celestial hierarchy. It is multi-tiered, no less, and even more so, than in the earthly world. Take, for example, the classic scenario. Imagine a king who has taken a fancy to butter for breakfast. The royal function is to serve as a symbol of power, to solve strategic tasks, and to manage relations between states: the entire mechanism of the state is aimed at ensuring these tasks. Therefore it does not befit the king to go to the market himself. He is obliged to pass his wish down through the proper channels. It is precisely this, in particular, that explains the inability and unwillingness of the inhabitants of the higher densities to intervene physically in our affairs. It is not close or interesting to them. In equal measure, a shepherd will not separate butting rams, and a beekeeper pays no attention to the details of the bees' dance. A king will not go to the market for butter himself, but will send his wish down through the channels via his valet to the cook; in exactly the same way, the angels themselves rarely intervene in our affairs, but track strategy and use intermediaries in order to materialize that strategy.
Thus the capabilities of the higher powers in our world are limited on three main points: (1) Respect for our freedom of choice, (2) the principle of energy economy, and (3) the celestial hierarchy and bureaucracy. Taking these limitations into account, it is easy to understand that most of the everyday interventions in our life come from the layers nearest to us - from guardian angels, mentors, the deceased, and representatives of 4th-density civilizations close to us by genetic, territorial, or exopolitical considerations. Genetic closeness means our nearest ancestors and descendants in the cosmic sense. Territorial closeness means civilizations from the parallel dimensions of Earth, ourselves from the distant future, and our cosmic neighbors. Exopolitical closeness means civilizations involved in the cosmic politics of Earth - the physical civilizations of the Pleiades, Sirius, Zeta Reticuli, Andromeda, and Orion from our universe, and the Sassani and Shalanaya from other dimensions. Higher strategic interventions are carried out at the level of solitary angels and group angelic entities.
Now that the picture has only begun to take shape and the ends have begun to meet, allow me to introduce a fair amount of confusion. I will then help you sort out this confusion, and if not sort it out, then at least come to terms with it.
The essence of the confusion is that the higher the density, the more dimensions it has.
More precisely, like this: the first three densities live in our three-dimensional world (in the coordinates XYZ plus time T, that is, in the coordinates XYZT). At the transition into the fourth density, two additional coordinates appear at once. Here the accounts and explanations from the higher realms become very tangled. For some reason they find it difficult to explain to us what kind of additional dimensions appear among them. According to David Wilcock's interpretation, in the fourth density time becomes three-dimensional. As for how things stand with the dimensions in the 5th and 6th densities - this is a complete mystery. They only mention that they live in a multidimensional world, but loftily avoid any attempts to translate the description of life in a multidimensional world into our language - they say that we would not understand it and that our language is not suited for it. Moreover, they say that every night we visit their multidimensional world in our dreams, but that what we remember of our dreams is a greatly simplified translation of multidimensional life and multidimensional events into our limited three-dimensional language and into our three-dimensional imagery.
Perhaps you have noticed that in the descriptions of the process of transition into the higher dimensions and densities there is total disarray in the numbering - they say that we are transitioning into the 4th dimension, or into the 5th, and that the angelic entities communicating with us speak to us from dimensions designated by an arbitrary number from the 4th to the 10th.
