The way out of this trap is collective; despite the pirates' tricks, we have lived to see the year 2012 and we are in the middle of the period of the caterpillar's transformation into a butterfly - the transition into the fourth density.
The distortions in the program of the earth consist, in particular, in the Anunnaki's control over the frequencies of the planet's vibration. The planet is a living being and is surrounded by an energetic grid not created by man. It is not by chance that the world's chief capitals are situated at key points of this grid. Moscow and the cities of the Golden Ring lie at important points of this grid. During the last millennia of the 26,000-year cycle (the astrological Age of Pisces), the Anunnaki artificially held back our development by means of lowering the energetic vibrations of the planet. Why did they do this? Among the messages there flashed an explanation that the Anunnaki, mired in evil, had fallen behind in their evolutionary development, and in order to solve this problem they tied their development to ours, linking the energetic grids of our two planets - Earth and Nibiru.
It is reported that the guardian angels of the earth waited for the end of the 26,000-year cycle of the Age of Pisces in order to set the disorder right. Now this disorder is being actively corrected. Many sources report in detail on the restoration work to correct and update the software of the planet and to restore the energetic grid. The aliens report that their ships hang above the key points of the planet's grid and keep it on artificial energy-vibration support.

The next important question concerns the vertical energy flows that connect us with God, the source of life.
There are two such flows - the descending and the ascending. The descending flow brings life into inanimate matter and animates it. The ascending flow carries energy and experience upward, which is in essence one and the same thing.
The energy that we supply upward is necessary for the existence of our souls. We are part of a food chain. Its lower part is well familiar to us: plants feed on simple matter, such as water, mineral salts, carbon dioxide, and light; animals feed on plants; we feed on animals. Traditionally the pyramid ends here, placing us at its head. At each level there is an increase in the frequency of vibration; each level rises above the previous one, translating it to a new quality: simple matter - slowly moving plant life - plant-eating animal life full of movement and simplicity - human life filled with drama, technology, information, and reflections on the meaning of life. Further on stands the veil. Beyond the veil is our soul, our higher self, which feeds not on flesh but on feelings, experience, love. Of course, the food chain, or better to say the energy chain, does not end here. Souls are united into a collective mind, which feeds on their experience and energy and solves collective tasks; further on come the angelic entities, contemplating the fate of planets, life on planets, and similar questions of high scale. Higher still is an innumerable quantity of divine levels, concerned with the fates of stars, galaxies, universes, with time, dimensions, and other fundamental concepts that one can only guess at.
These two flows of energy are not an abstraction but knowledge that can be quite usefully applied. The first application is in the healing of oneself and others. Energetic healing is based on the understanding of the flows of energy. There exist several main schools of energetic healing - Reiki, Qigong, yoga, acupuncture, and others. We will return to the details of energetic healing in the following chapters. But in order to better understand the flows of energy, it is useful to advance further in the understanding of the essence of the soul.
