From the book "Gods About Us", Max Rempel
We have quite a lot of evidence about the life of fourth-density civilizations. On first encountering the idea of the transition, many people suspect that under the term "fourth density" something undesirable is camouflaged - the world of the dead, the underworld, or something of the sort. This question troubled me from the very start of my acquaintance with the idea of the transition, and by now I can say with confidence that the fears on this score are greatly exaggerated. The fourth density is not the kingdom of the dead, far from it. As I have already mentioned, humanity is not the first human civilization to make the transition into the 4th density; this is a standard path and many civilizations have traveled it.
Most of the civilizations of the galactic community belong to at least the 4th density. Third-density civilizations, as a rule, like us, are behind the veil and have no ability to see or directly communicate with higher densities. In this we are similar to them.
Fourth-density civilizations are distinguished, above all, by telepathic communication. They communicate among themselves telepathically and form a collective mind. Individual consciousness is preserved, and even the ability to keep secrets and to deceive is preserved, but the participation of each individual in collective thinking and access to collective information radically distinguish the fourth density from the third.
Many features of life on the lower levels of the fourth density are in many ways similar to our own third density. For example, fourth-density beings have a body, which in appearance and physiology may differ little from ours. They eat, sleep, and reproduce as we do. They continue to function with the same kind of mind as we have. They have means of transport and technologies similar to ours; they may live in houses and cities similar to ours; they may have social structures, a state, education, production, and an economy similar to ours. Plus a collective consciousness and telepathy within the civilization, which we still have little of. Sometimes this telepathic union is achieved naturally, sometimes by means of technology.
The next feature of the fourth density is that its inhabitants develop clairvoyant abilities. The inhabitants of the fourth density are above the veil that separates them from the third density, and they thereby gain access to direct communication with their own soul, with the souls of other people, animals, and plants, and with the souls of the deceased. That is, with the inhabitants of the fifth density. The souls of the deceased dwell, first and foremost, there. In addition, the inhabitants of the 4th density acquire the ability to communicate telepathically with the inhabitants of the 6th density - that is, with angels and group angelic entities.
In the 6th density dwell various kinds of angels. Some of them can create a temporary body for themselves, but for the most part they are bodiless. Many of the inhabitants of the sixth density represent a collective consciousness; they are groups of angels who share a common mind. The inhabitants of the sixth density are often far from us in their interests and in their level of thinking. We are communicated with through contactees more often by representatives of the 4th density (that is, telepathic civilizations of material beings) and the fifth density - the souls of our deceased. Nevertheless, among the many channels communicating with us there are at least two channels from the sixth density. These are the collective consciousness that conventionally calls itself the Ra complex, and the so-called Council of Nine. Yes, that very same Ra and that very same Council of Nine. Their messages are extensive, span decades, and not only I but many other researchers trust them.
So, the inhabitants of fourth-density civilizations are able to communicate with the inhabitants of the 5th and 6th densities. Their consciousness is not separated by the veil from the higher levels. This leads to their not being afraid of death. In the fourth density, a person communicates with their soul directly and has access to all the experience of their soul, and first and foremost - to past lives.
Therefore, when being born, a person is already born with the consciousness of an adult, and as they develop, this adult consciousness learns to use its growing body and brain. So, for example, it is reported that in one of the fourth-density civilizations a person becomes substantially adult by the age of three, remembers their past lives, and is treated as an adult, with their decisions and wishes respected.
When dying, a fourth-density person realizes that they are only changing body and surroundings. And that in the next incarnation they will meet their friends and loved ones, only in a new guise. And that between incarnations and during incarnations they will retain the ability to communicate with whichever souls they wish. Do you understand how important it is that communication with the deceased is not interrupted? A person departs for a time, but the conversation with them continues. Therefore the death of the physical body for fourth-density people is a far less radical event than it is for us.
Representatives of the 4th, 5th, and 6th densities can interact with our world and influence the course of events in our world. The higher the density, the higher the order of their level of influence on our world. For example, representatives of the 4th density can visit us in dreams or temporarily appear in our world physically, and outwardly they can be hard to distinguish from us.
Representatives of the 5th density - the souls of the deceased - can appear to us in dreams, and many serve as our guardian angels - they accompany us and often take the opportunity to influence everyday chance events, sending us luck or what we might consider misfortune, from our point of view. The angels of the 6th density are in charge of global events and can influence the global mood and global events of a collective nature. They are collective entities and they are in charge of collective events.
