Max: You said you are busy, what kept you busy?
Pentim: Well we are redoing some of the colonies, updating all the time of course, because the Fendorian and Sirians are the new members of our group and they have made some great improvements.
Max: Which of the Sirians? There are tons of different Sirians.
Pentim: Yes, well this is a group of several hundred thousand that have joined us because they support our cause, it is not the whole race of the Sirians people, but it's several hundred thousand that are part of our group now.
Max: Is it Sirius A or B, or C?
Pentim: Sirius A of course.
Max: And which culture is that?
Pentim: It's not the aquatic portion, it's more the light-being portion; very light beings that are like close to 6th dimension but they are still in the 5th. They are similar to the Arcturians and the Pandorians. They are where Centia's group is from.
Max: Ah, okay. Do they have a name?
Pentim: They just call themselves Sirians; they do not want to be diversified.
Max: Okay, do they look like humans?
Pentim: No, not really. They are very, well, they do have... they are bipedal but they are not... ah, they are very light and have a lot of light to them, they have a glow to them, their features are a little washed out when you look at them because they do not... they don't have the exterior like we do, it's very invisible like and you can see through them a bit.
Max: Are they related to earth humans - to dogs and to dolphins?
Pentim: In the distant past, yes.
Max: We have a country called Syria, are they related? Have they been in Syria when it started?
Pentim: No, that's, well, actually they have been there, yes, but the country named Syria is not because of them, no.
Max: Oh, not?
Pentim: But they have been there, yes, but I do not think it's named after them. You see the country was named Syria and the star system was named Sirius, so it was... there are two different verbal beginnings; one is Latin and another is Greek or something. So I am not sure. But they have different languages, language bases.
Max: And then the Dogon tribe from Africa, they say that they are from Sirius.
Pentim: Yes, they are more related to Sirius, yes.
Max: And would it be the same race or a different race?
Pentim: That is a different portion of their population. However, it is definitely related to them.
Max: So dogs and dolphins are coming from the same world?
Pentim: Yes, there are some from the same area of space, yes.
Max: Same area of space... alright.
Pentim: And we will send energies for that and send positivities. There are those on your planet - we have picked up on several hundred - that are ready to move into the 4th dimension but we cannot let them move into the... well, they will move in at their own pace of course, but it would not be right for them to move into the 4th dimension quite yet. So we are actually trying to keep some from moving into 4th dimension because it would cause a scandalous time on your planet... but it is an interesting time, definitely. There are those that are ready to move, and those that are far, far, far from ready to move.
Max: What are the symptoms of being ready?
Pentim: You'll feel lighter, you'll be constantly in a positive frame (almost constantly) and you will be able to communicate and see into the 4th dimension, you'll be able to feel the energies of the 4th dimension and also be able to bring back information from the 4th dimension that is vital to yourself and others, you will feel the... you will be able to talk to those in the 4th dimension about moving into it. There are several hundred that are in this particular way, and their vibration is over the five or six points that is necessary for this kind of movement, but yeah, you can move up to (most people can move up to) a 12 point vibration, but it's not necessary for some people with that high vibration - it can be reached at lower vibrations, with the right thought processes and positivity.
Max: When they are that high in their vibration, is their 3D life becomes easier or otherwise?
Pentim: It, yes, in some cases it does and I will tell you why; it's because they are moving through the 3rd dimension and not really dealing with the density part - they are not dealing with the harshness of the 3rd dimension as much as they used to. And so, when these things happen that are harsh, they become easier to move through and they do not lose their positive edge, and so they move through these things with only a slight bit of drag - if you know what I mean - they don't fully feel the negativity of it but they understand it for what it is and how it can be used in a positive way. They take negativity and push it into positive realms.
Max: Is Jim one of those who is ready?
Pentim: He is on the verge but he is not going to leave, no.
Max: Is he in proper state?
Pentim: Yes, but he has a mission, so there is no room for him to translate into 4th dimension because he knows he has to stay in 3rd and he will stay in 3rd dimension.
Max: My question is different, it's not whether he will leave or? The question is, looking at Jim; could we recognize the traits of being ready?
Pentim: Yes, about 85%.
Max: So, it is not a question that people would have no information? So, people will be informed, when they have to decide to go, or not to go, they will be fully informed about the move, right? Because they will...
Pentim: Yes they will, in many ways, they will be informed because there will be something instinctive within them that will have to get the information - they have to know what is happening, because many of them will question what they are feeling and why they are feeling so differently than they've ever felt before - they will seek out an answer for that and we will definitely give it to them. There is no way that they will not want to know what's happening.
Max: But, why do you need to give it to them if they already have the ability to see through, right? So they can see the details, right?
Pentim: We will speak to them and let them know what all this entails. We need to let them know that, even though they are ready for 4th dimension, we prefer them not move that way for a little while yet.
Max: Are you able to visit the surface of the 4th dimensional Earth?
Pentim: Yes.
Max: That is fully open for you?
Pentim: Yes, that part is fully open to us - we are allowed to visit the Earth in 4th dimension, yes, but not in the 3rd.
Max: So your ships come down?
