Senisha: Technically, the small Fendi ones.

Max: Okay. Fendis is good. So I understand that these people that are spiritually connected to Arcturians.
Senisha: Yes. Some of them are our star family.
Max: Are they spiritually, have they been Arcturians in the past life so now they reincarnate on Earth is it?
Senisha: This is very true, yes.
Max: So, that would be either one of the three species you mentioned. Venzu.
Senisha: All of the species motioned.
Max: All of the species. Are you incarnating interchangeably? From one species to another?
Senisha: Of course.
Max: I didn't know.
Senisha: Why not.
Max: I was under strong impression that soul has to match the genetics of the species. It's really hard to reincarnate from one species to another.
Senisha: No. Not true. The soul is a soul. It does not have to have a species to become life. It is life. Then it takes on a form after that.
Max: So the soul can incarnate into any species of compatible intelligence?
Senisha: Of course. The God puts the fire in you but he doesn't make it into anything until you are born into that species.
Max: Do you've any unify religion between different Arcturian species?
Senisha: Yes.
Max: Are we aware of this religious teachings? Is it on Earth? Is it disclosed as one of the Earth's religion?
Senisha: No. It's similar but not the same.
Max: How would you identify it?
Senisha: It's more universal. It is more broad minded. It has more facets in spiritual realms than in material realms.
Max: Is Jesus big in your religion?
Senisha: He is not spoken of as Jesus or Yeshua. But, his presence is similar in many cultures.
Max: So he's energy is present in your religion?
Senisha: The presence of that kind of identity is present, yes.
Max: Are you familiar with Law of One, Law of One?
Senisha: Yes.
Max: It's not kind of Actuaries right?
Senisha: No.
Max: Okay. Is the Council of Nine but of Arcturian, are you connected to the Council of Nine?
Senisha: We know who they are and we are friendly with them. But, they are not from the Arcturian space.
Max: Okay. What is your relationship with the Galactic Federation of Light? The Galactic Federation of Light?
Senisha: We are aware of them. But, they choose not to communicate with everyone. It is not that they distrust us, but they've a mission, and the people that are within their ranks have chosen to maintain citizenship one another that is more exclusive than inclusive of all people, of all species. Now, this is not to say that they are not friendly or loving. But, they are secure one with the other, and they prefer this.
Max: Okay. Same question about between your Counsel and the Ashtar Command?
Senisha: The Ashtar Command is broad. They speak to many different species and civilisations about their cause, and how they want to move forward. So they are part of the communication, yes. They are of a good group. We do not believe of all the things that they stand for, but we know they are of positive field.
Max: Are Arcturians involved with Ashtar Command? Work there on their ship?
Senisha: They've joined it. The people in my Counsel have not. They are separate from it. But, they are many like those who joined Girk Fitneer, and other alliances that are involved in Ashtar Command because they see or have the same opinions and views of this particular group does.
Max: Which of the species of the Arcturians would be more involved in Ashtar Command?
Senisha: Once again I do not know.
Max: Okay.
Senisha: Not, we do not keep track of the individuals that go to different alliances because that is their right.

Okay. Which of the Arcturian cultures are is most involved with channelling Arcturian messages to the Earth?
Senisha: That, those from Girk Fitneer, involvement with Girk Fitneer, those Arcturians are within that alliance are the most communicative with Earth. Although, they still do not communicate a lot.
Max: Many channelers which channelled generic Arcturian messages would that be Venzu, Venszaza or Fendi messages or green orange messages?
Senisha: There are different kind of messages that are received by Earth through channelling, and it would be all different species of course. But, the most likely to channel through the Earth species would be Fendi.
Max: Fendi. Okay, thank you. The last question what is your relationship to the Andromeda Council? What is the relationship between the Arcturian and Andromeda Counsиl?
Senisha: The Andromeda Council is much less humanoid. They are many Reptilians, Insectoids, and less humanoid types beings in the Andromeda Council.
Max: Okay.
Senisha: That would be the difference. The Mantis beings, the Reptilians, the Draconians there are many of the less humanoids species in the Andromeda areas.
Max: Okay. Are you friendly with them, do you've relationships with them?
Senisha: We do. They are sometimes negative, and sometimes not completely trusting.
Max: Okay.
Senisha: But, are many kinds of communications and we do trade with them, and do have some intergalactic meetings with them, and this is all very positive.
Max: Wonderful. Can I ask one more question? The Pleiadians, do you deal with Pleiadians cultures?
Senisha: Yes.
Max: The Pleiadians, Errans, Lyrans, Yahyel what's your relationship with those?
Senisha: They are different species within these, all these species. We try to be friendly, and accept them all of who they are. There are some in these groups who do not accept us exactly for who we are. Though, trade is limited and communication as well but we try to be opened to all cultures and species. So, the trade is amicable. But, it is not always such as this.
Max: So right now we are very opened to the Pleiadian cultures, especially the Yahyel and Lyrans. Do we have to choose who we deal with as we develop our relationships, or do we have to choose between Arcturians and Pleiadians is it right?
Senisha: Of course you will have to choose who you want to trade with, and who are those who are amicable with your species, and accept you for who you are, and have things you need as well as they need. So, yes, you will decide as a species in different governments who you will wish to trade with and be friends with because there are different kinds of trade, and different kinds of wealth if you will with each different species. Some of them will have more energy products, or technology, and some will have more mineral products or rare earth or things of this nature. So, it will be interesting to see your governments deem as valuable. Some people have artefacts, and art, and music and things of this nature. But, I think that your governments will choose those species with technology.
Max: Is any of Earth governments who is already actively involved with Arcturians?
