The way to be helpful is to be brave about things that some people may find odd... talking to aliens... being part of love and of light, and a network of lightworkers. You must be brave and admit you are part of this. Sometimes that would not be a very popular stand... but... in order for us to "knit ourselves together" we must be brave and do so - and not pull away, because the time is coming when they will see that you are standing on solid ground and they are not, but at this time it appears that they are standing solid and you are just being whimsical, dreamlike or weird.
You have special values in your own person that make people like you or dislike you - you use up all the positive things within you the creativity, the music the thoughts, to push your agenda forwards to push your truth into the world
