Archeology clearly shows that the complex biological species on Earth appeared in the following order: insects, amphibians, reptiles and mammals. Yet it is unclear which of the technological civilizations were here first: insectoids, reptilians or humans. The Solar System was seeded by the Lyran feline humanoid race about half a billion years ago. The Lyrans were peaceful and of high spiritual vibration. They colonized and seeded intelligent life on multiple planets within the solar system, as well as other stars within the local star cluster. At a later time, there were giant bipedal Reptilians from the planet Maldek, whose orbit was located between Mars and Jupiter. While the Lyrans were peaceful, the reptilians were militant. They were large in size because their planet was big, but after their planet was destroyed, their descendants became smaller in size. They remain in small numbers in the 4th density and are still involved in the negative manipulation of humans on earth.
Although the visitation by aliens was a commonplace in ancient cultures, more recently it moved underground and became secret. The negative elite on Earth (The Cabal) was governed by higher-dimensional negative aliens which included Reptilians, Nephilim, Orions, Nordics. Not all parts of these races are negative; there are factions within each of those races that are friendly towards humanity.
Prior to World War II, certain negative aliens shared their technology with the German fascists, and this initiated the Secret Space Program (SSP) by the negative human elite. In the 1930s and 1940s the Germans were able to build space stations on the Moon and Mars and this became the beginning of the runaway civilization. After the end of World War II and the defeat of the Germans, the SSP continued on, and surviving factions of German military secretly joined with American military in the development of the SSP.
By now, the runaway civilization recruited or abducted humans from many races on Earth as workers and developed their manufacturing facilities in solar system and other stars in our star cluster. Presently, this runaway civilization has many thousands of workers. It developed manufacture of technological goods which it uses to trade with hundreds of civilizations all over the galaxy while the control of the SSP still remains in hands of negative aliens.
This runway civilization continues to extract material resources and people from the Earth and is responsible for the ongoing economic and social crisis. It possesses many alien technologies including mind control, free energy, teleportation, star travel, dimensional travel, the use of stargates, portals and wormholes, time travel, time manipulation, transfer of souls, human cloning and hybridization of humans with other species.
Although technically advanced, this runaway civilization is still located in 3rd dimension and can travel to the 4th for only short periods of time (under two weeks). There are many crimes committed by the runaway civilization; the worst of which are slave trade, ecological crimes on Earth, genocide of humanity, economic exploitation, mind control and lowering of humanity's spiritual vibration via technological means. Many of the crimes against humanity are restricted or limited by positive ETs from higher dimensions, by angelic beings and the consciousnesses of the Creator level.
Much negativity is still permitted on Earth because of the collective free will of humanity. The laws of creation make free will a priority, so if the human collective wants war and drama, then it is permitted. Yet there are powerful forces that make sure that humanity perpetuates and the damage is only partial. The total nuclear annihilation of humanity has been prevented many times by higher-dimensional positive ETs.
In recent years (2012-2014), there was the return of the positive Blue Sphere Alliance, comprised of three types of intelligent beings: Blue Spheres, Blue Avians and Golden Radiants (triangles). This alliance has powerful technologies and has established a quarantine around the solar system by surrounding the solar system with a gigantic blue sphere that allows only positive and neutral beings to pass thru the barrier. The negative aliens and negative humans are not permitted to leave or enter the solar system.
The help by positive aliens and neutral trade are still permitted. This recent change improved the situation. The next positive steps towards the recovery of humanity are expected to be: Disclosure, Open Contact and Awakening
We advocate for Disclosure in which the governments shall disclose their contacts with the aliens. We advocate for the Open Contact in which the humans and the friendly aliens start meeting openly. We call for the Awakening of the humanity to the reality of the ascension so humans can make a choice about ascension individually and collectively.
The time frame for these events is not defined. It will be determined by the readiness of humanity. However, the first event - the Disclosure, can happen at any time because there is already plenty of information about the aliens publicly available, some of the public is ready and pressure is building on the governments to release the info. Every year, the public awareness of aliens grows and alien information enters into mainstream understanding. Also, there are positive factions within SSP who want to assist and help the Earth to get rid of the exploitation and crimes of the SSP. So there are good people within the SSP who intend to help.
