Energy healing is essentially a miracle which utilizes spiritual work by the healer to remove the blockages that normalize energy flows. When the energy flow is normalized, the pains go away, the inflammation often goes away and health returns.
In Reiki, the healer uses the hands to move the energy and normalize energy flow. In yoga, you use exercises and move your own body to help the energy flow and much emphasis is on breath work. In EFT, there is a combination of repeated physical movements and repeated healing affirmations.
In addition to gradual energy healing which is easy to rationalize, there is instantaneous healing which is much more of a miracle. In gradual healing, we work on rebalancing energies, clearing negative energies and removing blockages. In instantaneous healing we just wake up feeling that the crisis is over and we are good now. It is always worth praying and wishing for the healing without setting up limitations how do we wish the healing to happen.
Miracles do happen. Although the reality often seems dark and hopeless, there is always hope. Many people in their lives have been very close to death but were miraculously saved. In some of these cases, people experience near-death experiences and become aware of the miraculous work of the spirit. Spirits and angels often intervene by saving people from death. Sometimes, the body actually dies but the angels bring it back to life. So the person might even remember dying and coming back. There are many accounts of near death experiences.
These miraculous healings and near death experiences illustrate that the physical reality is not fully real, that it is just a sophisticated simulation, a matrix reality.
Why do some people survive accidents and illnesses while others die early? Much depends on the desire of the soul and its life contract.
Sometimes a soul may chose an unexpected exit from life. Some exits are pretty dramatic and provide learning opportunity for others. The decision is made by the spirits and angels from the point of view of the development of the whole system. That's why for example, the wars are permitted as long as they don't lead to the complete destruction of the species.
One example where an unexpected exit was permitted was the death of John F. Kennedy. If you study his biography carefully, you might discover that by the time of his death, his body was worn out, he had much difficulty performing his challenging duties. He was very sick and was on strong painkillers and psychoactive drugs. His death actually didn't stop the democratic reforms and many of those were completed after his death. So from a certain perspective, his assassination was one of the most efficient ways for his soul exiting from life while keeping the drama and intrigue fascinating and urging the humanity to wake up.
A similar point can be made about the premature deaths of famous celebrities such as John Lennon and Marilyn Monroe. Consider this from the point of view of the eternal soul. Sometimes, it could be beneficial for the soul to change the body and incarnate in a different body. The soul chooses best timing to step away from life, incorporate and integrate the experiences and then incarnate into a life better serving its spiritual growth and even better serving the humanity that is the harmonization of the collective dream.
Tragedies are acceptable from the higher perspective. Death, sickness, pain and suffering are a natural part of the life on Earth - this illusion is supported by a powerful support structure cinorized of a multitude of interdimensional beings - wize spirits, elementals and angels. Some of them kindly serve the process of dying and recovering human souls and life experiences, some serve to keeping us sick and our life short. Such parameters are partly defined by the creator beings and partly by the collective of the human spirits. It is an artificial simulation. It is unique in the galaxy and it is valued in the galaxy because it allows quick spiritual progress in a short period of time.
Many spirits from other stars come to experience life on Earth and incarnate as humans. If the spirit comes from another planet and has no Earth experience, their first incarnations could be short since it could be difficult for them to survive. Life on earth requires special skills and it takes several incarnations to get used to it. It is the price they pay for experiencing life on earth.
Ascended Masters, such as Jesus, Buddha and Confucius, are the souls which achieved high level of spiritual development, earned the right to escape the incarnational cycle but yet chose to remain with us and to help us in our collective spiritual evolution. Many lightworkers have special relationships with Ascended Masters. Praying to them and inviting them for healing is wonderful because these consciousnesses combine deep understanding of humanity with spiritual wisdom.
